The body is the way through which we feel, we perceive, we relate and we take action, but when we are disconnected from our bodies, we are not present or in touch with our truest self and highest potential = our HEARTS!
The body inside out: our bodies holds the keys to our freedom. We all have the opportunity to rewrite our stories, come out of the dark and take the spotlight of your life. The key is to learn to use our traumas for our own favor. They are powerful and alchemical tools to catapult you into the exact life you want to live: embodied and empowered.

In this Master Class Moun will share the unique tools that changed her own life from a decade of eating disorder, anger and anxiety- she now lives an embodied life and is devoted to supporting others heal their relationship with themselves and bodies as a doorway into their hearts. She will teach you how to release into the excitement of being alive and live from your heart.

Moun D’Simone is a Meditation and Yoga teacher, Empowerment Coach and Speaker. She was born in Brazil and moved to the US at the age of 15 with her mother to help support her family. She later embarked in a career as a model, becoming the last female standing on Bravo TV’s ‘Make Me A Supermodel’ then the photo director in a high gloss NYC fashion magazine. Her early life struggles with anxiety, self loathing and eating disorder had carried through and reached a new low in the fall of 2014 leading her on a search for healing and the meaning for her purpose in life: a one-way ticket to India. Moun spent several years in India, Thailand and Indonesia, deeply immersed in studying Yoga, Meditation, and Tibetan Buddhism, with some of the masters of our time. She became certified in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, a Breath-Body-Mind Teacher, NLP Practitioner, MBSR Trainee, she is currently studying Contemplative Psychotherapy with Nalanda Institute. She is devoted to supporting others heal their relationship with themselves and bodies as a doorway into their hearts. Her trauma informed method is designed to help others creatively step into their power in an engaging and inclusive way. She is known for her contagious self expression, that compels you to want to be around her, and share in her expertise.
